Real Help For Babies with Flat Heads!
My Child is between 5 and 18 months of age
Infants older than five months of age up to 18 months, with moderate to severe plagiocephaly will NOT be made better with simple repositioning and neck exercises. Orthotic management should be instituted.

Orthotic treatment is most effective during the first year of life while the brain growth is rapid.  Satisfactory results have been documented in infants treated as late as 18 months of age. [see Littlefield TR, Pomatto JK, Kelly KM (2000) Dynamic Orthotic Cranioplasty: Treatment of the 'older' infant. Report of four cases. [article online] Neurosurgical Focus 9(3): Article 5.]
